6.09.2020 : WEEDING of the JEWISH CEMETERY of RADOMSKO with 30 VOLUNTEERS !
With the joint help of the KMR and of the Jewish Community of Lodz, we made the weeding of the Jewish cemetery with about 30 volunteers from Lodz, Warsaw and Radomsko : +3000 tombs are still standing. It was a huuuge work ! The KMR is very thankful to all the participants ! But we need a professional company to do it every 3 months. PLEASE HELP US FINANCIALLY !
On Sunday September 6th 2020, with the joint help of “the Kesselman Museum in Radomsko” and of the Jewish Community of Lodz, we made the weeding of the Jewish cemetery with about 30 volunteers from Lodz, Warsaw and Radomsko : the cemetery counts +3000 tombs still standing, it was a huuuge work ! The KMR is very thankful to all the participants !! But we do need a professional company from Radomsko to do it every 3 months to have the cemetery clean all year long. PLEASE, HELP US FINANCIALLY !
A special message towards the RADOMSKERS and to people who care about the Jewish patrimony in Poland : with 30 volunteers, about 1/4 of the cemetery could be weeded.
But we couldn’t take off all the greenery, especially in the middle of the cemetery where this is still « the jungle » as we call it.
As “the Kesselman Museum in Radomsko” proposes since many years, let’s create a special account to gather 1500 Euros every 3 months and let’s have a professional company who will do it perfectly.
